Yup, you heard it right! Cash prizes with all that glitz too! Here are a simple few things you should be aware of prior to saying “YES” to a fantastic time!
1. Participants must be at least 21 years of age.
2. We are looking for a specific look from the 1940s, 1950s and very early 1960s – Hair, makeup, and attire is the responsibility of the contestant.
3. We will NOT accept any nudity, lingerie, or burlesque themed attire. If your outfit doesn’t meet our criteria you will be disqualified. This is a family oriented event.
4. Each contestant needs to have a short bio. I will follow up with “next steps” after we confirm entries of contestants as to when I need you to turn these in.
5. The contest will take place on September 11, 2022 and the time is currently TBD. I will keep you informed as we firm up times. Please be in full contest-ready makeup and attire.
6.The first round will consist of each contestant having there bio read while the Pin Up performs 3-5 poses. The judges will narrow it down to the top 10.
In the second round, the Top 10 finalists will be called to the stage and random questions will be asked of all the final contestants.
After that we will tally the scores and we will announce Miss Starlet – 3rd Place; Miss Retrolicious- 2nd Place; and Miss Throwback – 1st Place.
